They discuss the different roles and models of Civilian Oversight as well as the societal and financial impact of a citizen oversight committee on a city. Part 3 will be at a later date; we will discuss the possible role of Civilian Oversight in Marina, CA. Within this context, is highly recommended you view part 1, understanding the Marina Police Department.
